Professional Match-Makers
Founded in 1993, our company's goal has always been that of placing
dental professionals effectively and happily into dental practices. Effectively,
meaning that the business succeeds well with the addition of that particular
applicant's skills and abilities. Happily, meaning that both parties enjoy
and grow professionally within the relationship. After nearly 10 years
of service, our clients can testify that we consistently meet that goal,
to everyone's benefit.

Robin Clark, Placement Counselor
Expertise.
With 25 years of involvement in the dental industry and a heart-felt
desire to see people enjoy their work within that field, Kelly Romans
was the perfect person to assume ownership of Dental Directions in March
of 2000. She has a keen working knowledge of what it takes to run a dental
practice from the inside out, including all the tangible and intangible
requirements of various permanent staff roles. Robin Clark also joined
the team in March of 2000, adding yet another 10 years of experience in
temporary staffing. Robin shares Kelly's sincere enjoyment in putting
together mutually beneficial business relationships for our clients and
applicants.
Coverage.
We see to it that we know who's who and what's what within our industry.
That means knowing what's available before it's even published. It also
means spending lots of time getting to know area dental schools and their
students, and maintaining a strong affiliation with the Texas
Dental Placement Network
with staffing connections not only in
the DFW metroplex, but in San Antonio, Austin, Houston, and Dallas. Plus,
Kelly is an active member of the Board of Directors for the Dental Health
of Arlington.
Giving.
We do what we do for the satisfaction of knowing we've provided a good
fit for both sides of the equation. And we appreciate the opportunity
to work in this community, so we give back to it in specific ways. Like
our annual fund-raiser for the Rainbow Girls. Or our annual donation of
as many as 4500 pairs of dental/medical gloves to volunteer dentists at
the local Dental
Health of Arlington Allen Saxe Clinic, where the indigent can receive
quality dental care at no cost to themselves.
